During the process, you learn enhanced client engagement skills that will help you promote yourself and win business. We’ll also show you a simple way to get useful feedback from clients, and help you use the feedback you receive to build your own personal value proposition and positioning statement.
Throughout the process, you will get suggestions on how to refine your personal approach.
Following successful completion of the induction process and assignments, you will be offered Associate membership. This includes: Accreditation, business card, dedicated email, associate profile, access to core associate tools to use with clients and your own business, access to CPD events, and associate networking.
