Behavioural Interviewing – Example Personal Questionnaire

Behavioural InterviewingThe Personal Questionnaire is applied as part of the interview and selection process to compliment the skills questionnaire.

This questionnaire gives you the opportunity to try just a small proportion of the type of questions being posed in a Personal Interview in order to assess a candidate’s attitudes, values and motivations for working with vulnerable clients.

After each question a comment on your response may appear and you may wish to note your thoughts before moving on to the next question. After completing each question, click on the next one to continue.
