Matthew Theobald collaborates with organisations to improve the effectiveness of their project delivery. As a result of his input, companies are able to recover failing projects, find and manage their critical risks, do the right activities, at the right time, in line with a clear strategy, and make tough project viability decisions earlier.
Through in-depth research and client feedback, Matthew has developed a process to identify and heal “Project Fractures”. Whilst these fractures have the appearance of “getting things done”, if left unmanaged they result in significant overspend, delays, project failure and even organisational collapse!
Matthew draws upon extensive experience in senior roles within the biomedical sector that spans product development, operational improvement, change implementation, quality management, and regulatory and standards compliance. He is an active participant in several industry groups, most recently chairing a pharmaceutical sector special interest group that is exploring how to develop effective partnerships between clients and suppliers.
