Richard’s particular specialism is supporting sales teams to achieve dramatically improved results by becoming more effective through all aspects of their delivery. He has successfully taken his approach into the areas of economic development, inward investment and trade development.
Richard set up his consultancy business following a successful career spanning more than 25 years within Tesco, Carlsberg-Tetley, Unilever and Maersk. He has since undertaken significant B2B change projects with over 30 private and public sector organisations.
Richard is also a leading consultant on UK Trade & Investment’s drive to improve UK export performance. Richard holds a Unilever MBA and is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Institution for Economic Development.
